We generally ship the same or next day. We don't normally send an e-mail confirmation that we have indeed received your payment and that your order is being processed. When items that are being shipped fedex get shipped and are in the system, usually that same evening, Fedex will send an e-mail to you with tracking info. This doesn't always happen for some reason or another. If you are anxious to know where your item is, like fiberglass cloth, you can call me, Steve Thayer, at 336-889-8088. If I'm not at the phone you can leave a message on our normal answering machine and I'll get back as soon as I can. Or, you can call my secretary at 336-889-0178 to get a tracking Number. I don't go by transaction ID's - I always just go by the Style, Width, finish and yards of the fiberglass cloth shipped and your name.  I never enter a transaction numbers anywhere. If you e-mail go ahead and let me know who you are, ie name, address, phone number and the stuff you bought. That will just make it a lot easier to figure things out. We just ship Fedex ground and only to the 48 US states. We've been in business 30 years but still operate on a personal and easy to contact basis like a small company. There's a lot going on here sometimes and it's always possible to make a mistake even thought it hardly ever happens. It's just really easier for me to fix a problem with a simple phone call than a bunch of e-mails - call me old fashioned but I think it's a lot faster.
